Dr. Evans believes in the word of God and the power of God to edify, exhort, comfort, help, encourage, and provide hope to women. Having struggled with her own relationship and self-esteem issues, it was in the word of God, spending time in the word of God, speaking the word of God over her life daily, believing who God says she is, and trusting God, that helped her overcome those issues and feelings of “Am I’m Good Enough and What’s Wrong With Me.
Not having always been as confident as she is now, growing up she was very shy, always sat in the back of the room in class, was afraid to go the board in math class, afraid to ask questions when she didn’t know or didn’t understand, lacked confidence, and afraid to speak when called upon; as she got older, she began positioning herself in situations where she had to speak in front of others, in order to overcome being shy and to build her confidence. She had to PUSH herself, BELIEVE in herself, and TRUST God, to become the woman she is today. No longer shy or afraid to speak, Dr. Evans is confident and secure in who she is a person, she speaks at conferences and facilitates training and workshops and enjoys empowering women to believe in themselves, reach their full potential, and achieve their goals.
